Eric Lannegrace is the Managing Director of Minéra and a recognized leader in the integration of advanced water treatment technologies in the Canadian mining sector. With over a decade of experience in business development and environmental management, he has successfully supported numerous mining operations in meeting and exceeding water quality standards for both discharge and intake.

Prior to founding Minéra in 2019, Eric represented major water treatment manufacturers and played a key role in bringing innovative solutions to the mining industry. His strong track record includes driving strategic partnerships, securing new clients, and contributing to organizational transformation through a culture of continuous improvement.

Eric holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Master’s in Environment from Université de Sherbrooke. His unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen has positioned him at the forefront of sustainable innovation in mining.

Richard Rousseau holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a major in environmental studies from Polytechnique Montréal. He has been active in the water treatment sector for nearly 30 years, taking on roles in project management, research and development, and the optimization of environmental solutions.

For over 20 years, he has served as a manufacturers’ representative for leading companies in the field. Notably, he contributed to the implementation of innovative technologies such as the first municipal RBGS (MBBR) system in Canada (Ste-Julie) and the first inorganic media biofilter in Québec (La Malbaie). Known for his integrity and deep expertise, he is a respected figure in both the municipal and industrial environmental sectors in Québec.
